Located at 8360 River Road and OUTSIDE the city limits of New Braunfels, we are OUTSIDE of the city’s stupid can restrictions. This is the PRIME tubing area of the Guadalupe River. During the summer season you must rent both sides of the duplex for 20 guests or less to reserve a WEEKEND. Probably 90% of weekday bookings are for both sides of the duplex, but if 1-side is available during the week, we can send the price for 1-side for 10 guests or less leaving the other side still available for another family. Keep in mind when you rent both sides THERE IS REALLY 4 bedrooms, two lofts and TWO GREATROOMS and two kitchens. There is a futon AND a sleeper/sofa in each greatroom. The greatrooms on each side are REALLY the 7th and 8th BR’s. All of the interior pictures are basically ONE-SIDE of the duplex. So, whatever you see inside, there is really double.
